Description: AdCellerant is searching for an experienced Google Ads PPC search specialist. We are expanding our search team responsible for managing Small to Medium Business (SMB) advertisers through PPC and mobile search.  The ideal candidate for this position will have prior search engine marketing experience, be data-driven, and have proven success managing numerous search engine marketing campaigns.  As part of our Search Engine Marketing Team, you will create new campaigns, conduct bid management and optimization, prepare reports and develop landing pages and keyword copy in support of advertiser goals. Confidence, accountability and action-oriented attitude and habits are keys to success.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop keyword lists and ad copy for search campaigns
• Create new paid search campaigns utilizing various internal Web-based systems
• Create/modify landing pages used in search engine marketing campaigns
• QA campaigns before launching
• Make campaign and keyword optimization changes under direction of Search Marketing Manager
• Create campaign reports
• Budget stewardship to ensure campaigns are managed efficiently and target CPLs are achieved
• Keyword Research
• Competitive Analysis
• Recommending changes in methods to increase traffic to websites
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications:
• Successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 2-3 years search engine marketing on Google and Bing
• Google Ads Certified
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or other third party analytics and optimization tools.
• Strong Excel skills
• Must possess knowledge of HTML.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and show strong attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to multi task and work within deadlines.

• Prior experience with PPC management platforms

Role Details: Now active in 5 countries and over 300 markets, the AdCellerant team is looking to hire a SEO Channel Specialist to help strategically support new, existing and prospective SEO accounts. The SEO Channel Specialist will be primarily engaging partners and prospective customers during the SEO pre and post-sales process. This includes maintaining clear and effective communication to all parties within the sales channel, identifying SEO opportunities along with suggested actions to enhance partnerships and applicability of SEO products.

Here’s what you’ll be doing / Job Responsibilities

  • Support SEO pre-sales funnel by maintaining effective communication and remaining a SEO resource for partners and clients alike.
  • Monitor SEO tickets for opportunities to support conversation, mitigate lingering questions / confusion, and provide unique, holistic suggestions.
  • Mid-funnel sales support and nurture down-funnel by providing clear communication, sales documentation and a solutions-based recommendations.
  • Maintaining existing partner / advertiser relationships to maintain and grow client retention.
  • Develop a strong partnership with the SEO Channel Manager.
  • Create and present training resources to partners to support in driving partner sales via knowledge share and confidence-building training tactics.
  • Clearly communicate updates within local SEO campaigns to showcase value and support with potential upsell opportunities.
  • Support in the content creation process to ensure quality deliverables are provided.
  • Identify opportunities and solutions for day-to-day process improvement.

Here’s what we’re looking for / Qualifications

  • 2+ years working and communicating with clients focused on digital marketing, analytics data, operations and/or advertising campaign conversations.
  • 2+ years executive SEO campaigns including content creation, technical SEO, keyword targeting (and Local SEO experience preferred).
  • 2+ years in sales or sales management role at a digital advertising company preferred.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other third-party SEO performance and analytics tools preferred.
  • Agency experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead client communication.

The Campaign Manager position is one of the most vital roles at AdCellerant and we pride ourselves in leading the industry in ad performance, technology and most of all customer service.
The Campaign Manager plays an important character in these aspects of our business by meeting deadlines, achieving campaign KPI’s, communicating regularly with the partners, and reporting for our clients. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving are both important parts of this position.

Job Responsibilities
• Ad Trafficking: The process of order intake and trafficking in our demand-side platform includes setting up the order, pre-optimizing and ultimately setting a campaign live.
• Campaign Management: The process of continually checking and improving on the health of a campaign including pacing, click through rates, measuring conversions and ultimately ROI for the end customer.
• Communication: Being able to take the complicated and make it simple for our partners and their clients. Not all campaigns are created equal and being able to explain that in a way which is consumable by all is important in this role.
• Reporting: Providing status updates based on business rules for partners and their clients. This output provides crucial data points about the KPI’s of each campaign and becomes the benchmark we use for our performance.
