Position Overview:

The Administrative Specialist will report to the Executive team, but will contribute greatly to the entire company. Responsibilities include:

Position Overview:

The Business Development Onboarding and Transition Specialist will be a technical resource assisting in the onboarding of AdCellerant’s new media and agency partners. In this position the right individual will provide a white glove experience for new partners, introducing them to the AdCellerant Platform, ultimately leading the new partner to a full-time relationship AdCellerant’s Account Management Team. In addition to helping new partners get on-boarded successfully this position will also be supporting the business development process, providing platform demo’s, answering questions, and participating in the business development process.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a granular technical and sales knowledge across all major digital platforms including display advertising (IP targeting, Device ID, MicroProximity/Geofencing, behavioral targeting, content targeting), video, email, search retargeting, SEO and paid search. Additionally, they can demonstrate ability to train large scale sales teams across large organizational footprints. This candidate will also possess the ability to conduct live demos of the AdCellerant platform, understanding how these digital marketing platforms and software can help a potential partner grow their digital sales revenue.

Strong MS office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a requirement.

Job​ ​Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live demos of the AdCellerant platform to prospective partners
  • Work with new partners to curate and centralize all assets for new partner onboarding and white-labeling
  • Coordinate and develop a customized training curriculum and syllabus for new partners

Job Description

We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

Responsibilities

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.

  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.

The Search Channel Sales Manager will be required to manage both Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) sales efforts. This will include interacting with internal and external resources to develop and execute sales and campaign tactics, manage revenue and facilitate trainings for AdCellerant’s partners and advertisers.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills supporting a deep understanding of the organic and paid search engine marketing space. Day-to-day tasks will vary from high-level strategic planning to detailed training and sales prospecting, and candidates must be comfortable with this broad range of responsibilities and activities. Above all, the Search Channel Sales Manager must be self-motivated and collaborative, with a desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of search engines, paid search and Search Engine Optimization (SEO), including an understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms required.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in selling or managing SEO/SEM campaigns. (i.e.: knowledge of the differences between SEO and SEM and key components of campaign execution, including bid monitoring and adjustment of search media campaigns across multiple sites, keyword terms and writing effective copy – agency and/or ecommerce experience a plus).
  • Detail-oriented and organized.

Description: AdCellerant’s partner network is growing and the Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution of partner campaigns: everything from trafficking, campaign management, reporting and communication to the partner’s operations team. The Campaign Manager position is one of the most vital roles at AdCellerant and we pride ourselves in leading the industry in ad performance, technology and most of all customer service.
The Campaign Manager plays an important character in these aspects of our business by meeting deadlines, achieving campaign KPI’s, communicating regularly with the partners, and reporting for our clients. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving are both important parts of this position.

Job Responsibilities
• Ad Trafficking: The process of order intake and trafficking in our demand-side platform includes setting up the order, pre-optimizing and ultimately setting a campaign live.
• Campaign Management: The process of continually checking and improving on the health of a campaign including pacing, click through rates, measuring conversions and ultimately ROI for the end customer.
• Communication: Being able to take the complicated and make it simple for our partners and their clients. Not all campaigns are created equal and being able to explain that in a way which is consumable by all is important in this role.
• Reporting: Providing status updates based on business rules for partners and their clients. This output provides crucial data points about the KPI’s of each campaign and becomes the benchmark we use for our performance.

Description: AdCellerant is searching for an experienced Google AdWords PPC search specialist. We are expanding our search team responsible for managing Small to Medium Business (SMB) advertisers through PPC and mobile search.  The ideal candidate for this position will have prior search engine marketing experience, be data-driven, and have proven success managing numerous search engine marketing campaigns.  As part of our Search Engine Marketing Team, you will create new campaigns, conduct bid management and optimization, prepare reports and develop landing pages and keyword copy in support of advertiser goals. Confidence, accountability and action-oriented attitude and habits are keys to success.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop keyword lists and ad copy for search campaigns
• Create new paid search campaigns utilizing various internal Web-based systems
