Now active in 5 countries and over 300 markets the AdCellerant team is looking to hire a Vice President/Director of Marketing to help guide the brand through the company’s future business endeavors. The Corporate Director of Training will be responsible for developing, implementing, and training both internal and external team members throughout the AdCellerant footprint. This individual will be a self-starter, hard worker and independent in their work. AdCellerant is focused on growing more than 4x over the next 3 years and the Corporate Director of Training will play a key role in how the company evolves moving forward.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategy: Responsible for devising and implementing a strategic training plan for both internal and external team members.
  • Implementation: Responsible for partnering with internal stakeholders to develop training content, materials, videos, courses and more populating the Learning Management Platform for all users.
  • Administration: Responsible for administering and monitoring the success of the training strategy for internal and external customers.
  • Measurement: Responsible for setting KPI’s and other ways of measuring the success of implementing a training platform and plan for all trainees.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of designing, administering, monitoring, and executing training within a multi-national corporation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, etc.
  • Self-starter and able to find solutions independently while getting buy in from internal stake holders.
  • Proficient user of all Microsoft applications.
  • Able to travel 1-2x’s month.
  • 6+ years of presenting in front of large groups.

Job Description

We are looking for a user-experience (UX) designer able to understand our business requirements and any technical limitations, as well as be responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups and prototypes. The UX designer will also be expected to design the overall functionality of the product, and in order to ensure a great user experience, iterate upon it in accordance with user-testing.

Responsibilities

  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
  • Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products.
  • Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions.
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
  • Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas.

Requirements

  • Three or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments.
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, Balsamiq, and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model, to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.

Description: AdCellerant is searching for an experienced Google AdWords PPC search specialist. We are expanding our search team responsible for managing Small to Medium Business (SMB) advertisers through PPC and mobile search.  The ideal candidate for this position will have prior search engine marketing experience, be data-driven, and have proven success managing numerous search engine marketing campaigns.  As part of our Search Engine Marketing Team, you will create new campaigns, conduct bid management and optimization, prepare reports and develop landing pages and keyword copy in support of advertiser goals. Confidence, accountability and action-oriented attitude and habits are keys to success.

Job Responsibilities:
• Develop keyword lists and ad copy for search campaigns
• Create new paid search campaigns utilizing various internal Web-based systems
• Create/modify landing pages used in search engine marketing campaigns
• QA campaigns before launching
• Make campaign and keyword optimization changes under direction of Search Marketing Manager
• Create campaign reports
• Budget stewardship to ensure campaigns are managed efficiently and target CPLs are achieved

Description: AdCellerant’s partner network is growing and the Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution of partner campaigns: everything from trafficking, campaign management, reporting and communication to the partner’s operations team. The Campaign Manager position is one of the most vital roles at AdCellerant and we pride ourselves in leading the industry in ad performance, technology and most of all customer service.
The Campaign Manager plays an important character in these aspects of our business by meeting deadlines, achieving campaign KPI’s, communicating regularly with the partners, and reporting for our clients. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving are both important parts of this position.

Job Responsibilities
• Ad Trafficking: The process of order intake and trafficking in our demand-side platform includes setting up the order, pre-optimizing and ultimately setting a campaign live.
• Campaign Management: The process of continually checking and improving on the health of a campaign including pacing, click through rates, measuring conversions and ultimately ROI for the end customer.
• Communication: Being able to take the complicated and make it simple for our partners and their clients. Not all campaigns are created equal and being able to explain that in a way which is consumable by all is important in this role.
• Reporting: Providing status updates based on business rules for partners and their clients. This output provides crucial data points about the KPI’s of each campaign and becomes the benchmark we use for our performance.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years in ad operations, ad trafficking or account management at digitally focused on ad agency, client or media company
• 2+ years working and communicating with clients or internal customers focused on data, operations and/or performance conversations
• Experience with DFP, Yahoo! APT, Atlas, AdWords, The Trade Desk, App Nexus, and or any other associated ad serving technology
• Experience aggregating, providing and explaining performance reporting for digital media campaigns
• Working knowledge of digital production, design, digital ad tags, and/or creative specs
• Demonstrated experience handling, organizing and managing complex, detailed oriented tasks with a high level of success and a very low error rate
• Ability to work independently and solve problems through provided channels
