AdCellerant’s current work includes development of ui.marketing digital AdTech technology. Ui.marketing is cloud-based technology that automates the sales, operations, and reporting process for digital advertisers

Position Description

You will work closely with the product and engineering teams, as well as directly with the rest of the company, to take business desires and architect, design, and implement them. We use some fun technologies, such as D3 for data visualization, advanced Mongo aggregate and map/reduce features, and automated report generation and delivery.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create and implement new features that are clean, simple, and intuitive
  • Implement highly interactive front-end features, often including data visualization
  • Write clean, high performance code in an organization that appreciates pixel perfection, future friendliness, and testability
  • Collaborate with other Engineering team members, as well as members of other departments, in fast-paced Agile development environment

Required Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of professional experience building complex, enterprise-level web applications
  • Languages: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Less, NodeJS
  • Databases: MongoDB
  • Frameworks: AngularJS, Bootstrap, Elasticsearch
  • Tools: Gulp, Docker, Bower, NPM, Jenkins, Selenium, Karma, Protractor

Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Team: Sales

Position: Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator

Location: Denver, CO

We are seeking to fill an entry-level position as a Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator with a degree in marketing interested in working for a fast paced digital agency.

AdCellerant is an Ad Technology and Digital Marketing Services company that specializes in executing small business programmatic display, mobile, tablet, video, native, email, and search marketing campaigns on behalf of local media companies. AdCellerant integrates with partner media companies to help train their sales team, sell creative marketing campaigns to their clients, and execute/report on what has been sold to create a dynamic, compounding digital revenue stream.

The Digital Marketing and Sales Coordinator assists in supporting our partners and their sales team by providing strategic feedback on marketing plans and strategies. The ideal candidate would demonstrate a working knowledge of basic digital product knowledge for display advertising, IP targeting, behavioral targeting, content targeting, video, email, search retargeting, and paid search.

They will also need to do weekly and monthly reporting for each of our media partners and our sales teams.

Strong MS office skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point is a requirement.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong customer service and communication skills, and a self-starter attitude is required.

Previous experience with internet advertising would be a bonus.

PPC Specialist Marketing Specialist

Position: PPC Specialist Marketing Specialist

Location: Denver, CO

Description: AdCellerant is searching for an experienced Google AdWords PPC search specialist. We are expanding our search team responsible for managing Small to Medium Business (SMB) advertisers through PPC and mobile search.  The ideal candidate for this position will have prior search engine marketing experience, be data-driven, and have proven success managing numerous search engine marketing campaigns.  As part of our Search Engine Marketing Team, you will create new campaigns, conduct bid management and optimization, prepare reports and develop landing pages and keyword copy in support of advertiser goals. Confidence, accountability and action-oriented attitude and habits are keys to success.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop keyword lists and ad copy for search campaigns
  • Create new paid search campaigns utilizing various internal Web-based systems
  • Create/modify landing pages used in search engine marketing campaigns
  • QA campaigns before launching
  • Make campaign and keyword optimization changes under direction of Search Marketing Manager
  • Create campaign reports
  • Budget stewardship to ensure campaigns are managed efficiently and target CPLs are achieved

Qualifications

  • Successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • 2-3 years search engine marketing on Google and Bing
  • Google Adwords Certified
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics or other third party analytics and optimization tools.
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Must possess knowledge of HTML.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and show strong attention to detail.
  • Must have the ability to multi task and work within deadlines.

Campaign Manager

Position: Campaign Manager

Description: AdCellerant’s partner network is growing and the Campaign Manager is responsible for the execution of partner campaigns: everything from trafficking, campaign management, reporting and communication to the partner’s operations team. The Campaign Manager position is one of the most vital roles at AdCellerant and we pride ourselves in leading the industry in ad performance, technology and most of all customer service.

The Campaign Manager plays an important character in these aspects of our business by meeting deadlines, achieving campaign KPI’s, communicating regularly with the partners, and reporting for our clients. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving are both important parts of this position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ad Trafficking: The process of order intake and trafficking in our demand-side platform includes setting up the order, pre-optimizing and ultimately setting a campaign live.
  • Campaign Management: The process of continually checking and improving on the health of a campaign including pacing, click through rates, measuring conversions and ultimately ROI for the end customer.
  • Communication: Being able to take the complicated and make it simple for our partners and their clients. Not all campaigns are created equal and being able to explain that in a way which is consumable by all is important in this role.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in ad operations, ad trafficking or account management at digitally focused on ad agency, client or media company
  • 2+ years working and communicating with clients or internal customers focused on data, operations and/or performance conversations
  • Experience with DFP, Yahoo! APT, Atlas, AdWords, The Trade Desk, App Nexus, and or any other associated ad serving technology
  • Experience aggregating, providing and explaining performance reporting for digital media campaigns
  • Working knowledge of digital production, design, digital ad tags, and/or creative specs
  • Demonstrated experience handling, organizing and managing complex, detailed oriented tasks with a high level of success and a very low error rate
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems through provided channels
